Reminder to all. Social Distance Summer Running begins tomorrow, Tuesday the 23rd from 5:30 to 7:00pm meeting up at the CBNA baseball outfield. For you to participate you have to complete the COVID-19 Waiver Link and adhere to the following guidelines. We can have no more than 50 total participating and we will be dividing into smaller groups. Parents are asked to stay in their cars.

BEFORE RUN

- Please wear a face mask

- Please bring your own water bottle, water will not be supplied

- Please stay 6 feet apart including where you place your belongings (i.e. water bottle, bag etc).

- Check in with a coach (remember 6 feet)

- While listening to run instructions, please do not gather, please remain 6 feet apart

DURING RUN

- Please make every attempt to remain 6 feet apart.

- Please refrain from spitting when around others

AFTER RUN

- Please grab stuff and head to parents car or your car to head home

- Any stretching will be on your own, independent from all others

Any student looking to participate in our summer program will need to submit a COVID-19 wavier (link below) with their parent before attending summer athletic sessions. The form outlines the expectations for students and parents during these sessions.

• Chance to meet other families and hear from the coaches regarding team philosophy, schedule, tips, etc…
• PLEASE bring a main dish of some sort, chairs and blankets to sit on
• Coaching staff will supply beverages
• Practice will let out at 5:00pm
