Boys Varsity Baseball

Christopher Tilton enters his first season as varsity coach with the Coe Brown Northwood Academy baseball team for the 2017-18 season.

Most recently Tilton served as an assistant coach at Belmont Abbey College, in Belmont, NC. During the summer of 2015 he was the manager of the Seacoast Mavericks of the Futures College Baseball League (FCBL), becoming the youngest head coach in league history. Coach Tilton also had stops at Assumption College and Saint Michael’s College of the Northeast-10 Conference.

Coach Tilton is a 2014 graduate of Southern New Hampshire and began coaching the program's JV team during his final year. In summers of 2012 and 2013, he served as an assistant coach for the Rochester, NH Post 7 Legion team, and helped the team clinch the NH State Championship in 2013. Immediately following graduation, Tilton served as an assistant coach with the North Shore Navigators of the FCBL.

Coach Tilton graduated from Southern New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in sport management. A Rochester, NH native attended Spaulding High School, graduating in 2010.
